The Bristol County District Attorney's office has announced the passing of the 10th victim from the Gabriel House Assisted Living Facility fire in Fall River.

The Bristol County District Attorney's Office said that a "miscommunication" led them to previously report that Brenda Cropper, 66, had died, when in fact she is still alive and in critical condition.

Nine residents died and about 30 other residents were transported for medical assistance in a Fall River assisted living facility.
