Storm Kingston swept across the U.S. from the Midwest into the South and mid-Atlantic, bringing snow, ice and dangerous road conditions to cities including Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kansas City and Roanoke, Virginia.

From fender benders to cars getting pulled out of ditches, Wednesday was busy for tow truck drivers, police and paramedics in Central Virginia as a winter storm made travel tricky.

There are still a lot of question marks with a winter storm that will bring snow to Virginia on Wednesday. The Shenandoah Valley appears to be out of the storm’s bullseye with the region likely getting less snow due to a trending southern track, according to AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Tom Kines.
