Joe Biden became the first sitting U.S. president to visit the Amazon rainforest on Sunday (November 17), flagging the dangers of global warming often dismissed by President-elect Donald Trump, who has vowed to scrap measures to fight climate change.

Biden declared that nobody can reverse “the clean energy revolution that’s underway in America” even as the incoming Trump administration is poised to scale back efforts to combat climate change.
