Roger Federer is back at Wimbledon. The eight-time champion at the All England Club was sitting in the Royal Box to watch Monday’s fourth-round matches on Centre Court, starting with his former rival Novak Djokovic playing Alex de Minaur.

Novak Djokovic recovered from an alarming scare to book his place in the quarter-finals of Wimbledon in front of his old rival Roger Federer. Djokovic produced what John McEnroe described as ‘his worst set in years’ as Alex de Minaur won a one-sided opener 6-1 in 30 minutes.

Roger Federer singled out six players at Wimbledon as he made his return to Centre Court on Monday, having recently revealed his predictions for the tournament. The eight-time SW19 champion watched on from the Royal Box as Novak Djokovic took on Alex de Minaur, with his long-time foe Djokovic one of the names on Federer’s select list.
